Anhingas at Lakes Park and other fun.

Sign outside of the restaurant we ate at. Sure gets results.

Ten inch tall burrowing owls on Cape Coral. Cute little guys.
They burrow into the ground and build their nests underground.

One of many Anhingas we saw at Lakes Park. They swim under water
to catch fish. When they come out, they have to dry their wings before
they can fly. They have no oil on their wings so they can stay under water.

Another anhinga after fishing.

Alligator and anhinga enjoying the sun. Both drying off.

February 4, 2010 in Lakes Park, Ft. Myers, Florida. 78 degrees.

Another beauty.

Young Ibis who probably missed his boat.
